Moving in / moving out

Do not hold the lift or front doors open. This can cause them to get stuck, which will introduce major delays to your move.

Costs arising from doors being held open will be passed on to the owner.

The sides of the lobby hallways can be used as a staging ground to avoid stalling the lift, so long as you do not obstruct the walkway or any doors.

Keep garage sensors and driveways clear during your move.

Be aware of height limits - many trucks/vans are too tall for the garage and will need to park on the street.

Plenty Rd is a clearway from 4pm-6:30pm on weekdays. Moving vehicles cannot park on the road during these hours.

Utilities

Some services require a technician to attend Highview to activate or connect them.
