Renovating

Please let OC know in advance of any renovation work.

Don’t forget to arrange for the smoke detectors to be isolated if necessary. If your renovation work causes a false alarm evacuation, you will be liable for the costs.

Some renovation work requires OC approval.

• Modifications to ducting (AC / heating / ventilation / etc)
• Anything that alters the external appearance of the building
  • Curtains/blinds
  • Exterior paint
  • Balcony screening

Remember that quiet hours apply. Renovation work can only be done between 7am and 7pm.
